No going to pretend to know the answer to that, but MBS is chairman of the fund so the PL may deem that as sufficient proof he can hold ultimate power when it comes to decisions relating to the club. It would be a fair enough assumption by the PL and would therefore be left to the buyers to prove that isn't the case and he isn't the ultimate decision maker.
what a surprise the BBC gives the independent another reach around by posting another ultra negative view on the appeal.. totally omitting the huge positive in it .
Man City spend 41m on ake. To play as a substitute and we have 35m to spend to try and keep us in the premier. Meanwhile we are left completely in limbo and I think we will continue to be in this limbo when the season starts. This has got to be the worst case scenario for us.
This bit made me laugh Pity FIFA don't have the same tests to determine who they hand world cup events out to.
Only 519 more posts to hit the magic 1000 page mark and 20k posts on this. I think we should send this thread to the FA to highlight the mental anguish this has cause Newcastle fans.
No WTO report, no proof of piracy. It is off the table. Saudi win. Proof of ownership. The PL has to prove legal ownership of PIF by the state for it to be an issue. Any degree of separation and autonomy rules that out.
This bloody Masters guy said it would be 'soon' and that was 3 weeks ago to say that would imply within a week or two so just how soon is soon enough for him it seems he is waiting each day to see if anything new arrives on his desk
Or you may be wrong. Four weeks is the same as twenty eight days. Now, if you had said one month or even better one calender month then you might be entitled to say "I may be right". But you didn't.
