    Never heard of him, so I had a look.
    Aged 27. Makes me think he is too old for the type of signing Ralph wants, although not too old to do the CB job for several years. Could be “the experienced head” we need to organise the back four, if he is good enough.

    Edit.

    I see he has been sent out on loan a couple of times, which makes it look as though he is a slow developer, or maybe not quite good enough.

    Also don’t know a lot about him, had a look and he scored 8 goals from 31 appearances this season, that a good return for a CB.

    Yeah he doesn't look a world beater but it may be that (assuming Vesty is off) with Salisu, Stephens & Bednerak already at the club, he won't necessarily be signed as a starter.

    This looks like Saints want a centre half + Hinteregger is Austrian = Ralph wants to sign him.

    Got to say Saints would be a side ways or backward step for him. Frankfurt played in Europe this season or last season. It might have been in the Champions League too. I'm probably wrong. Not sure why he would to go from that to a mid table Premier League team.
