It's lovely stuff if you do it right with plenty of flavour through it.After footie earlier on the Pick Channel (Man City v Norwich) they had Nick Knowles in Japan, and there was some chef on it, showing him how cousous can be cooked without water, I'm sure she (chef), liquidised something else. The stuff how you've done it, looks quite good in presentation.

Luv put a whole new spin on a lamb roast, and even made couscous look edible....His best dish to date by far imo..
