Take no notice of Sucky, he's clearly jealous that you have become a much improved cook. I'd eat all of that including your couscous! Well prepared, well cooked and generally well presented, certainly better than I could do <applause>

Maybe an extra piece of lamb next, love lamb.

After footie earlier on the Pick Channel (Man City v Norwich) they had Nick Knowles in Japan, and there was some chef on it, showing him how cousous can be cooked without water, I'm sure she (chef), liquidised something else. The stuff how you've done it, looks quite good in presentation.

It's lovely stuff if you do it right with plenty of flavour through it.

It’s not a pile of **** with sweet corn in it.
I'd liked to have seen the joint sliced, just to see if it's over or under cooked.

Luv put a whole new spin on a lamb roast, and even made couscous look edible....His best dish to date by far imo..

Looked perfect to me, slowed cooked like a shank.
