We had a black bloke with mental health issues sleeping rough here and I believe Albert Johansen was a rough sleeper at the height of his fight with drink and mental health. If you don’t think ethnic monorities are disadvantaged both here and in the US then you are deluded.

Black Lives Matter is an American issue which the rest of the world has embraced. Accordingly, any discussion of it is by definition US centric and is aimed at US conditions and situations. That said it can apply to other countries to address their own issues of racism too if their populations choose to do so.

“Defund the Police” is a poorly chosen phrase but dies not mean abolish police. It means reallocate funding fir non-core police work from the police department and reallocate it to other agencies better suited to address certain issues.

I know that doesn’t fit National Front type, demonizing ideologies but so be it.
