Moaning away that some of his fellow drivers didn’t take ‘the knee’ for the third time and align with his views. The same Lewis who wears Hugo Boss logos.. the designer of SS uniforms In Germany... and he drives for Mercedes who were Hitlers favourite motor car manufacturer. thoughts?
He's an over privileged tosser. Has had everything handed to him on a plate. For all that, he's not very bright.
He was always a little prick even throughout his childhood... crying and throwing tantrums when he didn't win or get his way...
Unbelievably talented as a driver without question but needs to think before he speaks a lot of the time. Coming from a mixed race family he should appreciate more than most that all lives matter. Spends far too much time poncing around Instagram instead of just concentrating on what he is paid very handsomely to do. I think most of the drivers took the knee at the first race but it has tailed off ever since which is everyone's right. Its vastly close to becoming diluted because its now starting to become the norm now rather than the unified message it presented at the outset. Love watching the bloke rake the arse out of his car though....nowt like it was in the senna/prost/mansell era tho.
A true modern day Brit, who should be lauded for his achievements. He has his opinion and voiced it, as you can do in a democratic society. The other drivers have their opinions and saw fit to what they did. A bit ironic that people are moaning about him moaning. That's free speech for you.
Except there is no such thing as free speech. If there was there wouldn’t be the law of libel (slander). Agree he should be lauded for his achievements and no problem with him expressing his opinion. But no-one should be surprised if some people disagree with him as that is part of “free speech” as well subject to the law of libel.
You know me, I'm not always sincere with what I write But, my point exactly, he can say what he wants, but, shouldn't expect others to fall in line, just because he wants it.
I really don't think.that the fact that the grandfathers of the people who run Boss or Mercedes had dodgy customers is particularly relevant. He is an over privileged athlete. What seems to annoy you is that he says that black lives matter.
Priveged brat, who will slum it in the UK occasionally when the need arises. Whether he likes it or not, not everyone in F1 will share his political views. It obviously irks him that F1 drivers have minds of their own, and don't do as he tells them. Unlike footballers who will continue to behave like sheep for as long as they're told to.
What's eating you lot!? He can say what he want. Also the guy is an icon. I am certain you don't become 6 time F1 champion by having it 'handed to you on a plate'
