Petr is a superb bass player, very technical. As is the chap I will be working with in my new venture. He was the bassist for the first incarnation of The Other Guys. He left the band because he fell out massively with the vocalist, who was a complete nob. Bands! They're nearly as bad as families.
Right, I'm about to put in some practice, and maybe record something into my DAW using my new Ampero. I'm itching to hear how it sounds in a mix.
We’ve literally seen your gig list. You played at the Cons club and middle of the road boozers in ****ing Dorset
We played a lot of private functions that don’t get posted to our public calendar. In reality, you know very little. I know that you arrogantly believe yourself to clever, but you are actually clueless. In real life, are you a short arse? You display all the signs of a bloke with a Napoleon Complex.
To be fair mate, private functions aren’t big gigs. They are weddings, parties, launch events etc. We do them alongside regular gigs. They sometimes pay better than pub and club gigs, but you seem to be trying to make out that these private functions are somehow more prestigious than the regular gig slot. And they aren’t. Unless Lewis Hamilton has hired out the Royal Albert Hall for a birthday bash and booked you to play of course. Which ain’t happening either.
The scariest gig was when we did a function for a gay biker party. Daz barely made it out unmolested.
