    Captain.

That's what he shall be known as next season, Captain.

    Why?

His quote : 'We need to have people inside the boat, rather than outside the boat'

    Aye, aye Captain.

I don’t get this boat **** and I’ve got one. If your outside the boat you would be in the sea. Why wouldn’t you pull them in and help them . Looks like he shoves them in and then let’s them go. Is that what he means, is it like the naughty step. The man talks in riddles and cliches. I do find his constant drivel quite annoying now.

Worst time to do an interview, pretty much straight after a game, when emotions (ha ha) are still running 'high'.
The gobbledygook he trots out is, I think, a sign of the amount of pressure he's under.

Almost saying the first thing that comes into his head. Then within the space of a few seconds contradicting himself.
And / or repeating the same phrases - looks like we'll have to get used to reset and refocus and regroup.

Alarming as it was to hear the other night, he's almost better off saying 'No Comment' and then ****ing off, composing himself and discussing the following day.

And with regard to the 'No Comment' - that was in response to Burns asking him about his job security (I think). Within the space of a few days he has gone from that to the Allams have been very supportive etc, I'm the best man for the job, etc.

    It's truly bewildering.

A Pru Scales is needed to come in, sort out the mess he's made, then beat him up with an umbrella.

Before inserting a garden gnome up the 'arrises of both him and The Boy Wonder.

    ****face. Not you SW3.

I’m glad you’ve brought this up because it really ****s me off royally that people use the nickname Terry as a term of endearment for him. Just saying...

On a serious note I’ve honestly never known anyone come out with the level of delusion as he does, I remember after a few of the recent 1-0 home losses where he came out and thought we played well even though we were utterly gash, and all season whenever Burnsy asks a justified question he is always aggy and doesn’t give a straight answer. We’ll go nowhere with him still in charge and he shouldn’t ever get a job again... Even with those twats up above him another manager would have easily kept this team up. Even with Bowen and Grosicki we were often garbage, Bristol C at home, Hudds away, Forest at home, I could go on and on...

Whens his rolling contract up for renewal? The one glimmer of hope is it doesn't get renewed. And don't tell me he has always got 12 months left as that is just a ridiculous concept.

If a one year rolling contract needs renewing each year. Then surely it's just a one year contract

my understanding of a one year rolling contract is a continuous contract with a one year termination notice - a year by year contract would be more like an annual contract with an option to extend for a further year - i cant believe McCunt would sign a contract that had an option to extend for a further 12 months exercisable by the Allams without having any notice period such that he wouldnt know whether he had a job for the next 12 month period the day before it may be exercised
