RIP Filey. Thanks for the PM a while back re illness. Our football club never leaves us till we leave and then maybe not.
Well I suppose we knew this sad day was coming. We should all take a leaf out of his book "Every day is a good day". RIP Mr Filey x
Both myself and my husband shared PM's with him. His love for his dog Lia rescued from the snow in Brazov, a Romanian city, was inspirational. Such a positive view on life and such a pleasure to have met him on this forum. RIP Graeme.
I’m so sad I couldn’t make that trip As Springsteen said about clarence, Filey doesn’t leave Hull city when he dies He leaves when we all die! RIP Filey A North Ull lad to the end
RIP Filey. Such a sad day for this board. Just a truly nice bloke. Will be sadly missed. It would have been nice to have gone to watch the seadogs we him this year. Gutted.
I never met Filey, but when I was very ill with similar issues a few years ago, his posts always made me smile and the always positive feelings gave me hope and encouragement for the future. God bless Filey and RIP
His Carer posted the bad news into his Facebook stream, Kemps. I discovered it first thing, this morning.
