After a cracking away win at the Riverside, the equation for City is simple; a point from our final game against floundering Hull will secure at least 6th place. The Tigers are bottom of the Championship and this game is a far cry from the match that led to both teams been promoted a couple of years ago. Hmmmmm wonder what everyone is going to go for??? *This table should show Ninian as having 60 points (will update) As can be seen in the above table, Morrisons goal finally paid dividends for some as we enter the final day of the regular season! DIV I Yet another scorer point means that @ninian opinion has a 2 point lead and one hand on the trophy heading into the final day. Given the nature of the fixture, the Mighty Blue Sheep will need another CS to deny Ninian a first title... Down the bottom, Morrison’s goal also means that @ccfcremotesupport has been able to leapfrog @irishbluebird, and leave the former champion facing another return to the 2nd tier Whilst having the advantage of a higher CS tally, Irish needs to at least better Remotes score by a point to survive. @Barry Tiger could yet be dragged back into the mix of those below him score highly! DIV II The final day advantage appears to be with @william5551, where barring a catastrophic turn of events his 3 point lead over third should secure a straight return to the top tier @clingo can also feel quite comfortable knowing that @FrankfurterBlue realistically needs a CS to close the gap and even then, his CS tally is higher. @FrankfurterBlue, @Oldsparkey and @BrizzleBluebird are all guaranteed a Playoff position. The only CS against Boro went to @mustyfrog, who now looks like a firm favourite to beat @blueturk the cat to the final spot Good luck
Sheepy, whatever the outcome on Wednesday, I just want to say thank you for keeping us all in order. Another great season. Good luck to everyone in the final quest for points. Now how many will the Bluebirds score....................?
I would like to go on record as associating myself with the thanks offered to Mr Sheep by my right honourable friend BT. Thank you Mr Sheep, great work and appreciated by all I'm sure.
I’ll join in the well deserved and merited congrats to Mr Sheep for organising so well the league which as usual has been a good bit of fun
Sheepy thanks so much for your hard work, looking forward to the premier next season. City 3 hull 0 nml to score a hat trick.
Clingo!!!! Who put BT in the cabinet? I think that is the only way he can be 'right honourable'? But, of course, many thanks to Mr Sheep for the great organising skills and effort he has put in. Now, I need Clingo to forecast a loss or some such to give me a boost. In fact, in a fit of desperation to get automatic promotion, I am going to predict a 2 1 score to Hull, with Ralls getting a consolation goal.
The hanging rail in my wardrobe broke so I had a cabinet shake up. I've got a bad fee;ing about this one but my nurse says I have to stay positived. It depends on how NH plays it. I just hope he doesn't go for the draw. Anyway, Bluebirds 2 Tigers 0 Tomlin Good luck Furter and William
Thanks Clingo...and the same to you. I see myself as in a win/win situation!!!! But more than happy to be in the playoffs with the City!!!
Well my guys at NASA actually came back to me with a prediction on the Boro game of a 3-1 City win... Problem was, they sent it to me at 2:30 PM THEIR TIME so I didn’t get it until around 8:30 PM UK time So, I've sacked them off and am now going to use dice to decide my prediction at around 6pm tomorrow instead. 1 or 6 = Home Win 2 or 5 = Draw 3 or 4 = Away Win Need to give it some more thought on how to predict score and scorer...
