Still reckon the best at Elland Road was the day with Waddler in goal. 10 men most of the game and we still won 1-0. Train to Wakefield, caught the bizzies out, can't remember if you were with us or not. Give me Leeds in the PL any day.
But he is from Newcastle and isn't from Rochdale. So his opinion is fair enough. Why you having a meltdown. Grab a glass a wine or something
Can't say I care very much , but have no beef with Leeds. They've certainly had a bad time over the past dozen years so maybe merit a little sunshine. LUFC's history as a competitive club only started under Revie's management in the 60's - before that they were a minor club in a big city where football wasn't the dominant sport. It's a club with a hardcore support of about 20,000 - but has great potential being the singular club in a very big and relatively wealthy city.
They have been knocking on the door for the last few years so why not. Better than yo-yo teams like Fulham and West Brom. Nice to have some new blood. Would be quite good if Brentford came up as well.
I forgot, you guys had Viduka and Milner as well. So Speed Batty Bowyer Bridges Milner Viduka Woodgate
Much under rated player Scott Sellars but remember him being the key one to keep setting up Andy Cole when AC first got here.
Aye, I was there, so was Rex and all his loons. Back home on the old Special. It must have been the first game of the 83-84 season.
Aye, first game, good times that season. Many an away game. Some of those loonies will still be the same now.
