Same starting 11 IMO. There's plenty of subs we can use if the fittest team in the league shows signs of fatigue

 

I’ll pop round to Peter Kirkup’s house on my bike and scare him in my Lycra....

Thinking back to our respective positions in October, that really is quite impressive how we have snatched the south coast finest title back from them.

 

Quite clearly streets ahead of both, on current form, we should be in the top 8.

 

And yet Bournemouth have the chance to six point us still. I'll keep my champagne on ice for a while longer with those plaudits. There's work still to be done. We have been outstanding for half a season, and yet sit 12th in the table. That shows how bad we were in the other half.

 

The good thing about all this channel hopping (our fourth match in a row on a different channel) is that it gives all the broadcasters a fair chance to talk about the 9-0.

I don’t mind it now, I’m over it. The irony is, if we were still in the relegation fight, they probably wouldn’t go on about it so much. As we’re looking up the table and playing so well now, though, it puts our form from November onwards into context.

 

Any commentator who can't think of anything more original to say than to talk about the Leicester result at St Mary's should be fined £100 and the money donated to charity.

 

During each game we have a family wager as to when it'll be first mentioned by the commentary team - round about the 8 minute mark last night which was two minutes later than my guess. At this rate they'll stop mentioning it in about 34 seasons time.

 

Same, especially if we manage to get a hat trick of beating local teams in their own backyard by beating the Mini-Skates preferably with another clean sheet. The 9-0 was painful at the time but it seems irrelevant now and just a minor blip.

 

The 9-0 resulted in the club showing solidarity with Ralph...something he appreciated and was no doubt a factor in him signing a longer contract.

 

Yeah I take a strange pride in it now.

I also love the fact that we lost 9-0 at home and have won more games than Arsenal.

 

Shame west ham took six points off us too. They would be in deep **** without those points.
