Yeah. He was so unlucky in his time with us - I'm really happy to see him doing well and enjoying himself again.
Would have liked to have seen him at GP when he left Burnley. Has a little ****housery in him. Like that in my strikers
With Manchester city winning their appeal yesterday, to play in the Champion league next season you must finish in the top four. Top two, Liverpool and Manchester City are certainly going to play Champion league next season. Currently, Chelsea and Leicester are occupying third and fourth respectively. 3,Chelsea 60 points 4.Leicester 59 points. 5.Manchester United 59 points. 6.Wolverhampton 55 points 7. Sheffield United 54 points. Manchester United, Leicester and Chelsea dropping points recently have thrown the top four wide open. I think the last two slots is now two from three, Chelsea, Leicester, and Manchester United. I actually think Leicester are the one to lose out.
"What we have done is right. Jose and all the managers should know that we were damaged," said Guardiola. "We should be apologised (to). "[I'm] incredibly happy for the decision, which shows what all the people said about the club was not true and to defend on the pitch what we won on the pitch.. "Like I said many times, if we did something wrong we would accept the decision of Uefa and Cas because we did something wrong. We can defend ourselves. We have the right to defend ourselves when we believe what we have done is correct." Errrrr...... that's not whats happened. No one has said you were innocent and no one is going to apologise And no way would they have just taken it, too much money and reputation at stake. Clearly Pep (and probably others at the club) don't think they're lucky to escape punishment, so will continue to bend rules and hide things. So much for them having to be careful now that they know they can get around uefa.
The lack of fans probably doesnt help. Since the restart, in our squad, only Giroud, Willian and Pulisic have turned up, the rest are still in lockdown mode
The rest of the squad just seem to be sleepwalking is all, its not just us though, seems to have affected lots of teams.
Indeed. Some absolute dirge. The complete lack of crowds inspiring or demanding from the teams is completely self evident. I hope we can get at least some fans back in for the start of the new season.
I think yourselves and Man Utd are the only two sides that have looked decent since the restart. We've gone to ****, Man City are hit and miss, Leicester have gone to ****.
Chavs were soundly beaten at the weekend and were piss-poor tonight in a dreary win against a relegated Norwich who just haven't shown up since the restart. I think it's true that the lack of crowd atmosphere is making for insipid games, but there's a lot at stake for some teams and they don't seem very motivated. It pains me to say it, but Utd are the only ones who deserve the CL place because they're the only ones who seem to want it. Excuse me, I'm just going to disinfect my keyboard now.
