I know, it is sad times in the real world, but in the football world all is good so let's keep looking at that league table :D

I think studying a Foundation Degree on a part time basis while you work and then topping up through OU is the best way to go because you get all the benefits of an education plus you get practical experience in the world of work.

I got a first in 3d Modelling and VFX. It got me nowhere.

Just get a job and nail some lasses.

Food for thought. You'll end up with more in the long run.

You will have to wait till next Sep (applications open soon on ucas) foundation degrees are a good way of getting onto a 3 year degree when you don't have a-levels etc

Oh snap. Only problem with my job is it's part time, so I'm currently looking for something full time so that I'm not spending half my money on rent...
I'm tempted to go back to uni (open uni course this time) to study engineering as it's what my dad does and I could walk into a job through him.

foundation degree is really good, two years and you graduate. then if you want to get a Hons you do a year top up. and finish with a normal honours degree. the reason its really good is because youcan get drunk for two years and scrape a pass 40%, then work your arse off lastyear get 70 for example and you have a first class honours degree,
