You and HR are definitely right there. Twitter is like my cocaine. It's bad for me, but I can't break the addiction.
I read somewhere that Wycombe started with 9 players coming into league 1 this season too, They certainly werent predicted to be up there. Fair play.
Again, its a lovely story, and Gareth seems to have a special talent. But the Championship can be the most unforgiving league. Even with good recruitment they have a fight on their hands, and I'm not confident they will have that.
We did well, but we were a relatively expensive team put together for the purpose...going to be tough for Wycombe so I hope they get some fun out of it.
Has anyone apologised to Manchester City yet, for the damage caused by these harmful allegations of failing to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations? Waiting with baited breath.
So if that dodgy chinese deal was done for a bet on relegation, then we should all be cheering Wigan on, right? Would that screw over some criminals.........
(Allegedly) bankrupting your own team to get them relegated to (allegedly) benefit your gambling interests and then they go out in a must-win match and hang a 7-0 lead on someone at half. Well done, Wigan.
As it stands, the Wigan points deduction would put them 21st. Staying out of the drop zone on goal difference. To Hull. With a 25-goal gap, almost half of it having been opened in the last 20 minutes!
So I’ve just hit back from a walk around a lovely reservoir I found (damn bike needs fixing again) ... anything happening on the football? Come on Wigan!!!
