    I am just waiting for the @The emerald guard to suggest that this was the decision the Saudi's were waiting for so the deal should now be announced on Wednesday.

    It played right into his hands, always being able to cite FFP, and do just enough.

    I honestly don't understand why any football fan outside of the elite clubs, would remotely think FFP is a good thing.
    Keep the riff-raff in their place, making it as hard as possible to break into the cartel.
    I'd go as far to say that any NUFC fan that supports FFP is by default happy to accept being an also-ran and a supporter of Ashley's method.
    Pouchy is spot on with his earlier post.

    this is good news for us IF the takeover goes through.
    the Saudis can sponsor the training ground for £100m a year as precedent will be set.
