That looked very close to at least 50% of the ball hitting. They need the equivalent of the GLT graphic, showing exactly how close it was to being a goal/wicket.
LBW technology has degrees of error, so depends on umpire’s call. If he’d given it out, it would have been out. Doesn’t help to know how close the decision was...them’s the rules and everyone plays by them.
