    Good post.
    -> I don't believe they lack effort
    Agree. Rarely the case.
-> have they got any proper leaders?
Nope. A big problem. And JDW, although he might be a bit of 'fans favourite', is no way a captain. Just watch him. We badly need a good captain and a small handful of natural leaders out there. The nearest we now have as a leader on the pitch is probably AMcD but not an option for captain at the time.
-> is the manager out of his depth?
Yes. The biggest problem (along with **** head jnr in the boardroom)
-> are the players good enough?
Probably, just ... with the right manager in place.

-> The number of times in my life time I have heard proud supporters when we are doing well saying how good WE are yet through bad how crap THEY are
    Great comment.

Let's hope we somehow turn it around, starting today.

Not long to go now, we will soon have an idea where our future is likely to be. Lose today and I think we can say bye-bye to the Championship, but let's hope for the win and give us at least a chance to stay up. #fingerscrossed

It's still very much in our hands thanks to the run in of Stoke (I can't see them winning all of their remaining games) and the fact we play Wigan and Luton.

I don't think it is win or bust today, but its not far off and will put the pressure on over the next week if we lose.

I sincerely hope you're not putting all your eggs in the basket for us beating Wigan and Luton .. Wigan are one of the form teams of the division right now and Luton are actually fighting for their lives. Unless we can show a similar spirit we'll finish below both.

Oh I'm half expecting us to lose all 4 games and finish bottom.

I suppose my point is, if we can't stop Luton and Wigan getting three points against us, then it almost doesn't matter about the other games. Everything other than those games is just a bit extra breathing room.

Toral leaving the club at the end of season, McCann just confirmed it by refusing to answer questions about Torals future, apparently Torals partner has confirmed it on social media .

That is the team sheet of a manager who knows he is safe as ****ing houses regardless of what happens to us.

I'm honestly beginning to wonder if McCann has full control of the team selection, just that this refusal to change to different systems has all the stubborn hall marks of the Allams.

Much though I despise the fkwit I don't even think Enob could pull that one off .. I just think McCann is very naive, stubborn and lacking in a plan b. Call it pig ignorant or stupid .. my feelings are that it will take us down.
