Yep in which case all the names mentioned including Vidic and Evra would count.

But I'm assuming Libby was saying about a January signing becoming the signing of that same season.

You'd have to check who else signed what players in the same season as the names already mentioned to check that out. I doubt either VVD or Suarez would count if you did.
