    If we don’t go up first time with Hughton RR will be saying he never wanted him and the crowd will start refusing to by ST etc.

    All I’m hoping for is whoever comes in is given time to take us upwards.

    And to finally get us a midfielder who can pass and tackle, bit like Pack but with a bit of pace. A younger Wade Elliott than when we had him would do.

    I would like us to find someone abroad like Nuno Santo.

    Not sure I can take the excitement RR, but I can see you creating one of your famous banners, once he starts to fail.......Ask Norwich, Newcastle and Brighton fans what they think of him after one season.......Let's hope he gets us up next season and then get ready to get rid!!

    Perhaps LJ has a brother - or cousin - or even Uncle Pete - who might pip Hughton and McCarthy to the post.......?
    It would almost be worth the chaos and disaster on the pitch to be able to witness Redprintt’s fury on here!! <laugh>

    I'll never like him as a person or rate him professionally, but even if LJ was reappointed I'm afraid the fury has left me R&W.
    Maybe it's the effect of grandchildren or that I've just got a bit older.

    It depends if Hughton would be prepared to work under SL’s regime and have his players provided to him (and sold by) Mark Ashton.
    Not many ‘established’ big name managers would tolerate those constraints/conditions. LJ did - but then he was inexperienced and trying to break into the big time in management.
