What have you got against donkeys Hilts?

Excellent play by us for the goal. Just shows what quick thought and feet can do. Tomlin didn't even look. He just knew where Ward would be. Like NML's goal at Preston.

Just need Harris to get the likes of ward and tomlin on the pitch sooner. Cutting it fine.
We now have 16 goals from players coming off the bench. More than any other team in the championship.
Harris is doing something right, just wish he'd do it sooner.:emoticon-0107-sweat

Must want to grind them down first then bring on the stars to finish them off. Certainly worked today and at Preston.

City are a well organised and physically fit outfit whom need a decent striker.
Bristol C are a team with defensive weaknesses and without any quality in midfield.
The only 2 players I’d have in our squad would be O’ Dowda and Wells.
Bristol on the other hand would want at least 9 of our starting line up. They can have Paterson now if if it was up to me.

4 games after lockdown and 3 wins and a draw with 1 goal conceded, 6 goals scored.
    Cant complain really.

How many games can the back 5 play before some rotation is needed?

Wells is overrated. Remember him bricking it against Peltier a couple of seasons ago.

    O Dowda is crap.

Baker is a good championship centre half and easily their best player. But Morrison is miles better than him.

You really wouldn’t want O’Dowda in your team, he’s useless and offers nothing, hugely overrated player, anyone can look good when you only see them play once a season.

Wells wasn’t too shabby when he netted a hat trick against us for QPR was he<doh>

O’Dowda is a good crosser of a ball and would do well in a team with better players and manager.

Face it Supcon, you've got a spineless mish mash of a squad managed until now by a ****ing poisonous dwarf who thinks measureing the length of the grass is fundamental to success.

If you had half the guts and determination of our lot with a manager who cares more about winning games rather than ****ing artistic impression, then you'd be winning points in this league right now like us rather than tumbling down the table.

Maybe we're not the best squad around in this division just like you, but we play for each other and the manager not fall apart because the personal handbags are flying around.

PS.........sorry for the expletives but I've had a few this afternoon - in vino veritas.......<laugh>

Right - sobered up and calmed down now so I'll make a match comment. :emoticon-0105-wink:

Made good time down here on Saturday, but missed the game live on the box due to unforseen circumstances <doh> Won't go in to details by why don't owners/agents check out these properties before customers arrive after such a long period of unoccupation due to the lockdown?

Anyway, watched the full 90 on CCFC site yesterday and we made hard work of that for 85 minutes. Seemed to play very well first half but let them off the hook - could easily have been 2 or 3 goals to the good going in for the break. A more workmanlike than fluid performance but then again that's probably the best way to approach this post lockdown run in.

Getting the result is all that matters and we got it in the end - and what strike from Ward that was. Tomlin's pinpoint through ball and Ward's top class first touch finish with his wrong foot were fit to win any football game.

Glad you've arrived safely and are back on line.
Might need to put masky back in his box, he's getting ideas of grandeur, AGAIN.

Harris doing a good job and using the bench well.
Just wish he'd make his changes a bit earlier.

There seems to be a bit of a migration towards a more footballing style. Not going to change overnight but seems to be heading the right way.
Just hope he can move a few more agricultural players on and draft in a few more "players".
Nelson instead of flint and vaulks instead of pack are positive moves and seem to give the team a bit more balance.
There seem to be more goals coming from open play over set pieces, though a set piece threat is useful to have, in addition!

Would be nice to keep ward and see glatzel get some more game time.
The trouble I foresee us that unless we can move a few players on at the end of the season, we wont be able to bring in the type of player we need to further develop our style.
Tomlin certainly knows how to pick a lock and ward and glatzel appear to be on his wavelength.

Big shout again to Smithies <applause>

I read today that Tomlin had a groin niggle (no Carry On Matron jokes please<laugh>) hence he didn’t start on Saturday.

2 games in 4 days this week by the way.
