Absolute bullshit. FPP have a hold on it, and if I recall correctly the council partially gifted the land to the club. You can spot bullshit by a random line like ‘the source isn’t even an SAFC fan’ or ‘they told me about some other ****e several years ago’. It wouldn’t be worth £3million plus to any ****er anyway, we all know you can’t build on the land, the club had hell on getting the facilities through and had to massively rescue the scale, that land isn’t valuable to anyone but SAFC, unless some super rich ****er has no home for about 300 horses.
