And then they make up a fierce rivalry that doesn’t exist.

 

Judging by how many are taking delight in their plight I would say there's definitely something of a rivalry there.

 

Never used to be though, must be a new rivalry from recent times.

 

It’s the way their fans call us Scummers. Only one club is allowed to call us that.

 

Bmouth were actually threatening to get back into this. Instead, they drop below Villa.

 

Bournemouth are making Newcastle look like Man City.

 

I think it's sweet. Bless 'em.

 

This feels like the hammering which Newcastle dished out to us two years ago (which I think finally got MP the sack?). Relegation felt that a formality for us at that point too. And Bmouth's remaining fixtures are even harder than ours were back then.

 

I thought they'd still be in with a shout if they won this. Shows how wrong I was.


Seems like a lifetime ago that they were singing that the south coast was theirs at St Marys.

 

That’s the thing, they’re like an annoying 12 year old trying to get into a gang of grown ups. It’s mostly amusing, but can get irritating!

 

It absolutely ruined them that we had pompey a few days after the last match so cared even less

Some Bournemouth fans must be starting to hope they’re confirmed as down BEFORE our game, just so as they’re not relegated by us.
