An eyewitness said they called him the N word after he was shot and lay dead in the street. Where's your evidence that it wasn't racially motivated?
Firstly it's unconfirmed and secondly it doesn't make it a racially motivated killing. I've called loads of Mags far worse but I've never gone out to kill one. By your logic, if saying the 'N word' makes this case racially motivated it means the Floyd case isn't. You're seeing what you want to see as usual.

Sadly, there is no simple answer to any of this, but what I would say is, don't be guilty of being white, just because it has become fashionable to attack everything about our heritage & so called privilege, and equal to that, don't judge other minorities by the actions of these two stabby scum bags this last week. I was born in 1955, long after slavery was abolished. We lived in a hovel, otherwise known as a pit house, that you could lose the day after you were sacked. There was no bathroom, no toilet, no heating. My Dad was a coal face hewer and given sixpence a shift extra, 'water money', if the pit was flooded and it went above his pit belt. If it reached his nipples he had to take the cage and accept half his money for that shift. Quick someone, make a film ... ... '40 years a Slave' would be a good title. So you can go and f**k yourself if you think that I'll shed tears for anyone who feels that their benefit entitlement and free housing isn't up to their expectations.

When we were in Leadgate I'd be sent to the corner shop on a Saturday evening for 'cut apples'. I never questioned what that meant because it was the only fruit we got and it was great. We'd be given a knife and a few apples each then set about cutting out the rotten bits, bruised bits, worms and pips. We'd feast on the 'cut bits' and think how lucky we were. Looking back the apples were all the dross that had been picked over all week, rejected by the town women, and due to be chucked out.
