Trying to be positive thinking about the match Saturday and a possible team.
Time for me to forget the 1 up front please Bruce. Give it up as a bad job man.

I am keeping the back 4 because we cant keep shuffling it around game to game. Elmo out, Sess last chance to shine on the left. Gardener and Vaughan as the main midfielders. Wickham for his sheer presence alongside Bendtner.

    Mig

    O Shea, Brown, Bramble, Richo

    Larsson, Gardener, Vaughan, Sessegnon

    Wickham, Bendtner

    subs:

Westy, Colback, Turner, Catts, Ji, Elmo (if I have to), Laing

only a matter of weeks ago he was the best signing of the decade and one of the league's best defenders. he doesn't turn into a bad player over night. and if it's a temporary loss of form, it would be foolish to change him

Getting a 4-4-2 formation is the easy bit, now getting the players in their best positions, thats the key.

    I would go

    Mig
    OSHEA...TURNER...BROWN...RICHARDSON
    LARSSON..CATTS..VAGHAN..SESS
    BENDY..JI

ffs its West Brom play Ji up there as well. Go 4-3-3.

Brucie is a dead man walking now. if he doesnt alter his tactics and quickly a think he will be gone before xmas. Think last nights performance gives him his excuse to bring catts back. Not my choice but think he will.

Because we sold our only alternative Ferdinand, Laing is too young to chuck in and Turner isnt near full fitness for a vital game.

Who else can we play there?

Larsson should be no where near our 1st team - he is slower than a Lorris.

Sess should be dropped - he was a disgrace - though he will not be, and I suppose there is an arguement for him to have another chance.

    I am going for a radical 4-2-3-1

    Mig
    O'Shea Titus Brown Ricco
    Catts Vaughan
    Sess Gardner McLean
    Bendtner

i want goals so forget 442
    Mig

    O'Shea Bramble Brown

    Elmo Richardson
    Vaughan Catts Sess

    Wickham Bendtner

Probably get lynched for Elmo and Richardson. Without Elmo on the pitch we have ZERO speed, and well as gash as he is i kinda like Richardson, and i f he is allowed to play in a more attacking left position i think will shine , and if he doesn't get him off and get McLean/Larsson on.

edit: elmo and richardson are spossed to be playing kinda wing backs

I think his deflected shot may keep his fan boys :p wanting him on the pitch. (Even in goal :p)

I think Roy at Brom will have his lads fired up for this one, he will have em well up for this game. so the team formation Brucie picks will have no or little impact, unless our lads are more fired up and take the game to Brum. But surely we cant just roll over again, can we?

I' d go with that team, but play more forward with Sess behind the front two in a 4-3-1-2

Stop fannying around Bruce and attack the bastards!

I'm with you syd - Sessegnon was poor in that role on Monday and Ji Dong-Won has looked impressive every time I've seen him - he also doesn't seem to care about whether it's going bad - he's going to try to impress anyhow and that is something we need - Bendtner and him up front, I think, would be excellent
