All our team neeed to know is west brom lost. Win and we go top and the last few seasons we have failed to take advantage. So tomorrow its time to change all that and win the game. I want us to win the league and only the players can do that.

How about this for an idea...

If we win promotion we close the ' politics thread ' ?

Reason being, the PL board is very popular and there's an absolute plethora of threads about coronavirus, politics etc etc. Why not engage in debate with fans of 20 clubs (or more) and have differing opinions from a much broader group to interact with, rather than what our little old board can offer ?

Unless of course you only like to disagree with people on here and you're too scared to take on the big boys.

I like the look of that table. Quite apart from our position, it's the form tables that have caught my eye. I think a wise man might bet on us & Brentford going up looking at those form stats. There seems to be inconsistent form all round, really, but mostly more inconsistent than us, thankfully.

The way to stop Mitrovitch is to cut off his supply line, he very rarely score from deep and totally relies on crosses for his chances.

Jinxed it now...expect a 30 yard screamer followed by a mazy dribble past all our defence.

I’m not quite sure what the suggestion is Jammy, though I’d be happy to close the Politics thread, it’s like a fight in the primary school playground without the repeated name shouting.

You went from thread to PL board and lost me. Where do we engage with these external fans, on this board or elsewhere? Last reference to “our little old board” made me wonder.

There are lots of general threads on the PL section of the not 606 site.

Forum contributors from all clubs post opinions and I also join in from time to time. It's enjoyable because you're not on a particular clubs board and no one is offended about you being on their turf as it where. There's loads of differing opinions and slants on things but obviously you're debating and sharing views with a much larger cross section of society.

In contrast the championship section of this site has hardly any traffic. Only individual club boards have a significant number of posters which means there's not really a general section where such debates can take place.

    Directions are;
    Click Football,
    Click Premier League,
Scroll past individual clubs boards and then see loads of threads/topics to participate in/with.

Seriously though I hope it didn't cause any damage at the ground.

Those cricket ball ones are man made so you Aussies can cheat at cricket. The ball shrinks as the game goes on, we're onto you.

    This won’t end well
Liverpool city centre is left strewn with rubbish after tens of thousands of fans gathered to celebrate title win and accidentally set fire to Liver Building - as man is stabbed to death at rowdy house party on Merseyside
