I'm not going near it mate. I was only messing. I was just fishing for a bite and I think I caught Jaws.
1.10 Haydock This is one of the real "interest" races of the week. Highest Ground being well supported to beat Waldkonig and Stoutes horses were running well last night. Mersin went in my tracker on debut as a "typical Charlton type that will improve with time" and now he bumps into these two. I shall be watching the King horse with interest and have actually had a fun ew at 12/1 four places. Its definitely a race to watch with notebook in hand.
I thought Blue De Vega was a real prospect when he won the Group 3 Killavullan Stakes as a 2YO. He started the following year rated 110 but it didn't quite pan out and he has been declining in general since then. Such is the Handicappers Modus Operandi that it takes forever to come back down from a lofty mark that is handed out for ONE performance and it has taken Blue De Vega 4 years to get down to the 86 rating that he ran from today. Maybe the assessor will relent by another pound now but I wouldn't hold my breath as the Handicappers have had the horse by the Niagara's in general for his whole career.
Finished around 6th I think. Better today though. I think I'd probably give it another go over 7f next time
Seems since SIr Barney has put in a appearance we now have a virus on the site No one can pick a winner Lol
