Nah i covered this before, fried is the same texture as boiled or near enough. An omelette is unscrambled scrambled eggs until other Ingredients are added. Its quite simple bro
If the egg isn't scrambled, then an omelette i just a fried egg. The examples show here that the egg is scrambled and stirred during cooking to make an omelette. Country omelette has thick curds/swirls and is coloured with teh browning butter, classic is cooked without colour. Scrambled are almost poached in butter
