    Only one sub "window" left, though. Have to use them all in one go or make changes at half-time.
    I can see the point in that rule, but it seems harsh when you've had to make subs in the first half due to injury.

    Yeah they need to make some allowances for subs due to injury. Or just scrap that sub window idea and allow 5 subs to be made at any time during the 90 mins.
