I thought a performance of 118 would have been more than good enough to win today, I wouldn't get carried away as that was a very poor G1 and I wouldn't be rushing to back Lord North against Enable who runs to the high 120s every time.

well, mighty gurkha sprang to my mind too,as it is already a big effort to win any race by seven lengths, but then on debut, and after a more than tardy start,is really impressive!so,deeply respected, but i think,TACTICAL ran just as promising on his debut, and the winner could be anything in time.so,wih a clearer run today, hes got all options open here..

Nice win from Tactical, he stayed on really well to take it up. I thought Mighty Gurkha was going to be involved but he weakened late on, He still ran better than some of them though. The Ward runners were disappointing and Sunshine City was a huge lay for me having seen her all out to get home last time she ran. Aidan has had winners in this race but I prefer backing his runners at 6F or upwards. I think these 5F races are short enough for horses you might be thinking about as long term prospects.

Tactical was too short for me today but I know Nassau was on at 10/1 early doors, so a good shout with that one.

Was on Tactical at 6s, James Doyle has won me a right few quid since I said he wasn't top class last week <laugh>

He ran as though he'll get 6f readily. On breeding you wouldn't be surprised if he got 8f. Nice low slung action.

Wasn't sure where to go with so many once raced horses so plumped for Frankie on the Yank's horse. Silly me but nice to see the Queen have a winner here
