The important matters.

1. Saudis prevented enforcement of Qatari legal right to enforce IP rights. National security defence to this accepted under TRIPS. Not guilty.

2. Saudis failed to prosecute those responsible for piracy. Guilty.

3. All other Qatari claims under TRIPS rejected.

No state sponsored piracy. No link to PIF.

No ****ing grounds to stop it. Qatar knows this. They are fuming.
