For me a dog is to protect the house, not to sit on the couch yapping while Mr home invader does his thing.

As for the food, just look into their big sad eyes, staring at you, as though they've never been fed.

 

Nah I'm more tough with my dogs tbh bro. (don't have one at the moment but in the past) the Thing needs to be comfortable with chewing up some arms if need be.

Don't think she would be the best protection ... but she is a little diamond and would undoubtedly have a go ... for protecting the house I have a baseball bat within reach whilst sleeping ... oh and the missus

 

Nah, I don't need protecting from no fooker, i'd just have a dog, that wanted the peaceful life. Not a fooking ankle biter though, bolloxs to that.
