Yeah using the Ben Arfa scales I'd say he's at about 70% Ben Arfa.

Most footballers report back at around 40% Ben Arfa and most humans cannot survive once they get to about 85% Ben Arfa.

Ben Arfa was generally speaking a poor player. That is why pretty soon no one was willing to hire him. Talent coming out of both ears, obviously, but not enough between the ears to make him worthwhile.

I'm skinny AF, but if I was his size I certainly wouldn't give a ****. His waist is perfectly normal size, he's just got a lot of chest muscle.

Some (okay, two) of my favourite toon memories were gifts from HBA. When he could be arsed, god could he play. So could Kluivert. On average, though, they were below average.

 

Benny was a fabulous player and as someone has said had talent to get fans on the edge of their seats. Not many players can do that.

You are right though when you say he didn’t have enough between his ears but that made him a poor team player not a poor footballer.
