I have a feeling people will act unsurprised when it's officially failed.. they can't have it it both ways, so I'll be watching for that response

I’ve watched this for a couple of minutes. It’s a hard watch like. She’s obviously intelligent but she says “you know” way to much. I was expecting her to be quite bullish and on point but she is coming across a bit nervous!
The takeover has nowt to do with the Saudi Government so any references or accusations of privacy against them has nothing to do with the Saudi's who are buying an 80% stake in NUFC, i.e. PIF. Nothing to see here....move on.....NEXT !!
It’s like no I don’t want to look, but I must! Then you jump on the phycotic rollercoaster that is this takeover thread and can’t get off. This really is exactly like that, so many highs then just as many lows I never changed my stance so far just can’t remember what it was now
This almost sounds like she set up Man City on a bit of a whim, then took the deal to Mansour and basically sold it to him AFTER she got involved. Meaning Mansour didn't instigate interest in buying a football club. Mansour then bought the club outright. The issue here is clear - if she has tried the same trick, and doesn't have proof of funds (i.e. hasn't been able to sell this to PIF/Saudi), then she cannot possibly pass the test.
add that to the ever growing list of reasons for failure .. one that includes murder, piracy, amnesty complaints, kashoggis complaints, laliga president complaints, WTO reports and on and on and on
Honestly, she sounds like a ****ing chancer. I'm no longer sure this takeover is even real. I think there are people sounding off, like BZG, but who simply aren't involved in decision making. What may happen is PIF may acquire the club entirely, but as that's a restructuring of the deal, we could be months from resolution.
It is very cringe isnt it. Anyone who says this case wont have some bearing on our takeover is really not understanding the complexities. Effectively what this case is going to do is either prove she is a masterclass or a fraud. Under oath she cannot lie. So if they ask unethical questions about the business dealings especially "behind closed doors" and she cannot prove things where done above board.......Shes ****ed! Its a hard watch but it is very interesting how these deals actually happen and what goes on behind these closed doors! It is just the same as making any deals just much MUCH bigger numbers!
