Morning Hanky mornen all NOTS for me sunny & warm in TN35 so it’s the usual 3 g’s Smug, S i L is trying to market his place in Puglia on the Italian market as euro market is shot this yr & they still have SD on beaches so the space & room (9 acres) inland might get someone in. Pity cos he’d invested in it last yr for the Airbnb market, we went twice to test/check improvements/updates eg pool, more bathrooms etc. Rustic but modern facilities. Are you doing similar?
The lass, who handles marketing, has given up on the usual UK/USA clients and is chasing the French market. I think its the air travel that'll kill things. Even I could fly I wouldn't at the moment tbh.
