Still shocks me that the parents have never had anything to answer for with this. Scumbags.

Yes, they were 50 meters away in a restaurant
    From Spanish citizens advice:-
"The Spanish Law does not establish a minimum age for chidlren to be left alone. The Civil Code, article 172 defines ´parental neglect´ in this respect when a child is ¨deprived of moral or material assistance¨. Continued or repeated deprivation can lead to sanctions and even loss of guardianship.

The national Ombudsman who has been contacted on numerous cases of parental neglect, states in his guideline that one should take the maturity of the child into account, and thus his or her sense of responsibility and abilities to face and respond adequately to unforeseen or emergency situations. The majority of experts agree that a child should reach this level of maturity between the ages of 7 to 12."

Hate to nitpick but wasn't it Portugal? Though I'd assume it's similar.

Whilst in Paris I went into a cafe and tried to purchase a fizzy drink...

I was told that there was a city-wide shortage of fizzy drinks...in fact, they had the very last one...so I bought it........

yes...I had the last tango in Paris!

Your're right, could have been the Beaujolais this afternoon. Whatever not a circumstance in that the vast majority would have left children of that age alone.

I can't believe the currant exchange rate.

Just done some research, my card was probably cloned in a cash machine, they start with small transactions then go for a big one.
Thankfully I noticed because they company they used was JustEat, a company I have never ever used.

Genie: I shall grant you three wishes.

Me: I wish for a world without lawyers.

Genie: Done, you have no more wishes.

    Me: But you said three.

    Genie: Sue me.

OMG...exactly the same happened last year. Mrs No7 had her Credit Card cloned...we didn't notice for 3 months as she never used that card and had a DD for the minimum payment and she just paid it. They took over 1k out in Just Eat

Yep got it all back though the card company. We think it was cloned when we used Booking.com as that was the only thing we used it for over the previous months before the fraud.

had mine done twice on recent years. £1,500 the first time. Luckily I got it back from the bank. Second time Police called me as my card came up on a cash machine they had found had been tampered with.
