Everyone wants to play Celtic twice at home.

League reconstruction can't get past that.

 

Fans are sick of playing teams 4 times a year, everyone knows that.

Maybe if the clubs started putting the fans first then their gates might improve.

16 team league, play twice a season.

 

that , along with the group stages of league cup to include all clubs , would be the ideal .

Scottish football season needs to start earlier imo tho to ensure our clubs are better equipped to deal with the European qualifiers . Start in June , finish in April .

These can be amended to suit World Cups n Euros am, whatever the schedule .

The TV companies wouldn't allow league reconstruction if it meant teams only playing each other twice. They want 4 old firm games a season.

 

Well they wouldn’t offer the same deal that’s for sure

 

This was the argument for years and then Rangers died and there were no Newest Old Firm Glasgow derbies for 3 years and then we rioted at the U16 Glasgow Cup final which Rangers won 3-2 (GIRFUY TIMMY)

Playing Kilmarnock 7 times a season is torture.

If we have to have football back in Scotchland then a Premier league of 16 playing each other twice.

Personally though I wouldn't bring it back at all as it is ****.

 

30 games isnt enough. I once read you need 34 minimum for uefa qualification.

18 team PL
12 team 1st or North league
12 team 2nd or South league

There will be 3/4 Old Firm games, there will be fewer teams in the top half come the split imo

 

What's on the table is like putting a plaster on a shot gun wound. And not a big finger plaster but one those wee round ones that you never use.

The fans have wanted a bigger league and the four games a season dropped for years. The players want a bigger league. The cùnts that own the provincial premier clubs wont wear it though. Some, like Killie, make a big hoo ha about not giving the old firm 3/4s of their stadium but they still get their biggest attendances of the season when the terrible twins come to town. It's all bluff and bluster.

4 fùcking months they've had to try and do something substantial about the mess Scottish football has been in for decades and what have they done, made it even worse.

Don't expect anything sensible anytime soon folks
