Would take a draw at Crawley and Southend but would be better to win one and lose the other. Despite Rotherhams start we have a decent record against them recently and their current home means its hardly going to be intimidating. Barnet surely is a must win though.

Strictly one at a time. If we get 2 points from the next 2 games, we're bang on course. Hopefully we'll do better.

 

I feel October is a massive month, one where our season could well be defined, and one in which we could pick up 3 or 4 points, or win all our games. A good month for me would consist of:

• Southend v Shrewsbury - a point

• Shrewsbury v Barnet - three points, clean sheet and a few goals!

• Crawley Town v Shrewsbury - a point

• Rotherham v Shrewsbury - three points

• Shrewsbury v Accrington Stanley - three points and a clean sheet

• Shrewsbury v AFC Wimbledon - three points

That would give us 14 points, and I think that'd get us top.

 

14 points, good on you town, top, we would be in orbit. we can but dream

 

I think that'd wrap up our already inevitable promotion even before the gas's relegation was confirmed!
