Cheers mate, l'll keep a look out for it. Here is one we buy regularly. Chilli Jam as a condiment........ and or mixed with a little Smokey BBQ sauce, like wow! Had a nice large T-Bone complimented with the chilli jam sauce as listed above. The denture was dancing all over the shop whilst gnawing on the T-Bone. At one stage, l called out to Mrs Squat to position herself in the slips cordon, ready for a classic catch of the teeth but like the ball protector, they held firm. As Richie Benaud use to say ..........Marvellous that!
Another afternoon of gardening so an easy and quick Gala Pie salad with salad cream and followed by proper food porn, a wild strawberry and clotted cream cheesecake...
Very impressed with the presentation on that, highly professional looking, excellent plate. Not my strongpoint. What makes it Segovian and what is brussel slaw, in other words recipe please. Paired the rack of lamb with a Cotes du Rhône, very tasty.

Friday night - Sea Bass with asparagus Saturday night - Chicken coated in what the butcher described as "Argentinian Flame thrower sauce" with fries Sunday night - Salmon and prawn korma with rice The lowlight of the weekend was the bottle of Champagne Monsigny from Aldi that we opened Saturday was corked and had to be returned to store for a replacement, had to have an Alsatian Pinot Blanc instead...…..very 1st world problem....
Celebration night as daughter sent in her 7000 word essay/project this morning thus finishing her second year at university, barring marking. Bit odd but we are having her favourite gnocchi and mozzarella with tomatoes pesto basil and pine nuts, accompanied by a fizzy Cremant de Bourgogne. With a strawberry in it.
We had chilli and garlic marinaded chicken, with charlotted potatoes and salad, and ice cold Irn Bru. A nice choc ice to follow too. Fair to say my dietry menu will be destroyed as of next week, as I'm back on the road and living in digs. Had been really enjoying get back into cooking at home, but my contract has prematurely just ended so I've managed to secure some short term work in Stockton whilst I wait for the next big one to come in. Hopefully not too many takeaways as I'm going to be sharing a house with a couple of mates - maybe even treat them to the odd special out of the roasting tin!
Out on the truck tonight so will have my usual protein bar at about 1am.Turned down the free cake as entered Reading half marathon and gotta get into training/losing a few pounds
