The warm weather has brought some surprising wild life to our garden.

Not the flamingo, but the Tit taking the photo ....

I only feed birds in the winter. There is plenty of their natural food available now. You don't want to make the little buggers lazy and we have to be careful what they take back and give to their nestlings,

Most naturalists agree that feeding birds all year round is a good thing, as long as you concentrate on high protein foods rather than fats, which aren’t good for nestlings.

Zuiderstrand Scheveningen yesterday It'll be a lot busier over the weekend CV restrictions being partially lifted here, to soon I think, there isn't a comprehensive and reliable test, trace and isolate system in place so busy areas are a no no for us. As in the UK there's some couldn't give a flyer twats

Thanks FLT, there's a lot more to the Netherlands than the fleshpots of Amsterdam although we miss the occasional away day there. Mrs Jab likes a stroll down the Albert Cuyp Market, lunch at the Mash bar or a picnic in a local park to check out the buys.

I’ve spent a bit of time with work over the years in Dutchland, but bizarrely never been to Amsterdam apart from the airport!
