I tried to switch all of the news off after that clown Boris won the election. Then ****ing Coronavirus came along and made me swtich it all on again.
People need to eat mate, which is why when i'm in the UK, i always work with food...It';s pretty much a safe guard element. Dead on my feet now like,,,Need a break. But still been following this story
I'm becoming numb to it all tbh Piskie. You live long enough you see the same **** going round in circles. I wish them well, but at the same time fck 'em.
wake and bake.....sorry, pasta bake... i may watch top gun, or hostel.... only joking mate, it's been ****ed up for ages now...I've lost the plot.
I may be wrong here (and we have enough barroom barristers to tell me if i am) but, past charges cannot be mentioned or hinted at if the person was found not guilty in American courts, it's thought of as prejudicial to the case at hand.
I dunno about that, but I think the mass publicity of this case might make it very, very difficult for them to find a none bias jury and could delay the legal process.
Bear in mind it wasn't previous prosecutions, but instead disciplinaries by the police force if I've read it right. Pretty sure those are admissible under questioning.
No, i am in no way backing the cop or his mates. I was just pointing out a part of American law which Treble has since made clear doesn't count in this case.
One choked him to death, while 2 others pinned him down, a slow death in full view of the public protests... If there is no justice on this, well if they loot we will shoot. ****ing joke.....I've seen people die, but i never made them die so slowly and for what?
Good point actually, can anyone even tell me what this guys supposed crime was? I'm gonna go out in a limb and say it was some petty forgettable misdemeanor which they would have released him for anyway.
