I'm going to state it will be 1st June. Why? Contracts, accounts, PL restart known, etc. Let's think about it - the new owners will have been told about the schedule of voting and when a likely restart date was. Similarly, it's always sensible to have contracts in football start on round dates, particularly with filings of accounts. If it isn't on Monday, then I'll probably just log-off the internet for the time being until it's finally announced, but a lot of things point to 1st June being a good time to announce everything.
