**** me, how did you manage to wake your one brain cell up to muster the thinking behind this post? obviously went to uni on an English degree.
Tiz I'm no Bruce fan and I'm fuming right now but worrying that we win so as he can be sacked is abit much lad. NO MATTER HOW LITTLE CONFIDENCE I HAVE IN BRUCE I COULD NEVER WORRY ABOUT A WIN!
Cest, I wrote an answer to your earlier comment on another thread but it got lost in the forum crash tonight. What I was saying (and this was before the match tonight) was that there were 4 possible scenarios based on a win or a defeat tonight. Best scenario: we win and Bruce leaves in the morning (I know, I know...) Second best scenario: we lose and Bruce leaves; Third best scenario:we win and Bruce stays; Worst scenario: we lose and Bruce stays. After tonight's performance, I fear the worst.
'' why not discuss why we were ****e'' eh BRUCE, BRUCE & eh BRUCE who else's bloody fault is it? isn't he the boss? everything else in irrelevant he's the Boss and not a very good one thats why we are ****e.
Who do you think we should balme then welder. Why do YOU think we were ****e as you put it? The players were ****e and the manager was ****e too. We cant change the players. There is only one option for a change and only one decision to discuss ffs. And there you go. You have both proved my point and shot yourself in the foot with the same post chum.
It's the managers fault when the team has underperformed for such a sustained period. Fact, and end of.
I was watching the match at my brother in laws (Luton fan) place tonight. At 48 minutes when we went 2-0 down I turned to him and said " watch what happens now". "There will be no reaction until around 70 minutes when he will bring on Ji Dong Won and Connor Wickham" I have to say that my prediction was incorrect.......... Steve Bruce made the changes on 68 minutes
I'm still f***ing fuming that was atrocious. Thankfully im off work tomorowI'm onto my 6th can and I don't even think another 6 could cool me down. The way I feel right now I want to see that bright yellow ticker flying across the sky sports new screen reading 'Sunderland sack manager Steve Bruce' Just got a text from a friend saying we've we've picked up 15 points from the last 20 league games, that spells one things and it begins with a massive R
have to agree with abroadwelder or he will set his big hard trophy dog onto you !!! Manager is responsible from top to bottom--nobody else !! But whatever you do dont call 'his' club. Or he will swear and he means it
Fair enough lad, I'm still raw at the minute and feel the damage has been done. I feel the fan base is now completely split with maybe a majority wanting Bruce out, this WILL have an effect on attendances and surely Quinn and Short will be sitting up and taking notice. If not it will end in badly....
