This is all media (and also social media) driven. It's all being reported and spun in a ridiculous way. I'm trying to blank out that it's 'The Tories'. It's the government, regardless of party.

Or they’re not easily confused when trying to understand fairly easy concepts.

As usual we could all use some extra detail about the plans but as an overview for people and businesses to start working with it seems incredibly easy to understand to me.

Some people are insisting it’s really confusing because they want it to be so they can moan about the government sending confusing messages.

Imo anyone who watched the message and ended up sat scratching their head in confusion needs to go to their GP as old age is clearly playing tricks of the mind

 

So it seems it's not just the 70% of the public polled who are confused by the announcement yesterday, but the government's very own Dominic Raab, Andrew Bridgen, the Police Federation, the Institute of Psychiatry, the Unite Union, and many doctors. But yanaw, the folk of Not606 are all clear so that means the rest of the country must be.

 

So you’re able to work from home so the advice for you hasn’t changed at all... you’re just wanting to have a whinge at the government about how awful it would be IF they asked you to go to work, which they aren’t. Got it.

Yeh I think the mistake you're making is judging everyone by your own intellect. You may very well see it as clear cut but as in the post you've quoted there are plenty in the country who don't. Surely even you can see that? Switch on the TV mate, watch the news and you'll see for yourself.

 

Yeah it’s not like the Foreign Secretary managed to contradict himself and his boss today.

There are a lot of thickos in the country, that’s for sure! Haven’t had the news on this morning as I’m prepping for zoom meetings I’ve got today - and grumpily at that because I’ve run out of milk for my coffee!
