    Yes if you can, but not if its not safe to do so. But if you can and it's safe then you can. But you cant use public transport, except if you can. But if you also can't do that and if you do need to do that, then do it. Ok?

    I think I'll just kick it at home to be on the safe side. I mean he explained it extremely clearly in his speech not sure why I'm so confused.

    I expect that is all the media will concentrate on.

    So I can go to the beach and see (from 2m away) total strangers of all ages, but can’t go to see my 79 year old dad in a controlled environment of his house?
