I have been observing our management and our new outfit and from my observation there are a few issues needed to be address.

Ok , lets look at a few players who i believe not good enough or a bit light weight .
Jay with so many chances not putting away i wonder if he is going to cut it in this division players dont seems to learn the art or improve on the words anticipation and positioning its been the hallmark of goal scoring i am not sure this guy have it we will see.

Gabidon, here again we find lots of good work and spoils it with dangerously giving or passing careless balls to the opposition , believe its just a matter of time before we pay heavy for this .

Now this gets right under my skin , we are being rewarded with so many free kicks and not one of them can make it go close what the hell these guys do with all their time when not playing after all their are only involved in one game a week seems none can strike the ball over the wall disgraceful.

Is warnock loosing it or he just acting this mr nice guy approach , he started off agreeing with how good the ref was then after reviewing the vt came back on and slag the useless tool off , most of all i personally won't like to see him dragging players about in public showing off how much he can fine them , dont upset the players neil to satisfy the camera , i am predicting that warnock time here wont be too long , just because he won the campionship i noticed he is acting up into some strange bully.

    Nuff said.

Agree on the free-kicks - let's appoint one person and let them have them all - Beckham's vs Greece showed the benefit of 'try try again' approach here.

Warnock being candid about players - ok in my view - so long as he doesn't marginalise them - but ultimately he's in charge.

Getting the sack - cannot see it this happening this season - TF and AB totally support him and even if results dip from now to January - I can see support being offered in transfer window in preference to the P45 option.

I think that addresses all of your points! :)

The players you criticise were signed before the takeover when we were scratching around for freebies/cheapos under the Goons regime. That said, they both have the quality but would probably not be first choice if, as promised, we bring in a quality striker and centreback in the January window. I personally think Gabbidon and Ferdinand, who played together at West Ham are our best partnership at present. I also think Bothroyd is unfortunate to be playing in a formation, at home, that doesn't benefit him. Perhaps 4-4-2 with HH alongside him may be a better bet for the home games.

Think Bothroyd's problem is the team formation rather than himself. Something needs to change here in order to help him score, especially when we are at home. Seems to be doing better than Danny Graham at least in terms of approach play and not missing sitters.

Someone also needs to take responsibility and practice free kicks. We've wasted so many ...not coming even close to scoring from them.

Absolutely needless and misguided rant. And it definitely isn't 'nuff said' because you haven't come up with any answers or solutions.

Gabbidon and Bothroyd were free agents signed when we had no money to spend. Warnock had 14 days to bring players in after Fernades came in and he did well to bring in the players he did. You can be sure that centre back and a striker will be targeted in January but i'm not sure what more he could have done in the circumstances. The fact that he was very close to signing Bassong, Crouch and Bellamy and failed through no fault of his own is evidence of that.

Individual free kick taking was poor yesterday but how this can be chucked in to the middle of a moan at the best manager this clubs had in last 20 years or so is beyond me.

Warnock's comments about Traore are intended to make him mature and realise his has a responsibility to his team mates and the club. It will hopefully make him a better player and think twice about doing something similar again.

Warnocks moan at the ref was legitimate. He did not "agree how good the ref was", what he did was come back after seeing the penalty incident and said what evey other Rangers fan was thinking.

If you want to have a moan in future do so if it's constructive. Don't come on and moan for sake of moaning

Agree with some of the above. NW is supposed to be a great man-manager. If you are going to judge a man on his results then NW rightly deserves great credit. His achievements have been consistent. I'm not a NW basher, all i am doing is asking certain questions that some people do not want asked.
Before this season started i posted a thread where i asked a genuine question about NWs experience at the highest level. Not many people replied because on this site NW is GOD. While i admire the man, i still believe it is reasonable to look at his track record at the highest level. And unfortunately it does not make good reading. Now people can say whatever they want about limited resourses and all that stuff, but bottom line is that our survival is very much in his hands. His ability to get our tacticts right will greatly influence where we finish. So far we only seem to have a plan A. His ability to change our formation several times during a game will be crucial as i expect we will go behind on a regular basis. Several managers in the Prem are much experienced than NW. Most will have a better squad at their disposal. I honestly think that we should be playing 2 up front at home and his current formation is perfect for away. The problem is that our current formation is designed for us to be solid, but not ideal if we have to chase a game. I also think that he will be reluctant to drop one of Faurlin, Derry or Barton. I know he is a passionate man who wears his heart on his sleeve. I do admire that. However he seems to talk first and then think later. IMO the way he treated Traoire was disappointing and naive.

I think it will take several transfer windows to overhaul our squad. The likes of Gabidon and Ferdinand while not top class are adequate for at least 12-18 months. We have to be realistic and realise that we simply cannot afford to buy 10-15 top class players in one go. Our squad is paper thin and any injuries to derry, barton, SWP or ferdinand will expose just how thin it is. This squad has only been together for a couple of weeks so i think it will take several months to gel properly. Our set pieces will improve and i think that we have shown enough already to give us a good chance of survival.

    ****ing hell!

1.) Bothroyd- yes he's not scoring at the moment but he had another very solid game yesterday after being excellent at Wolves. Give the bloke time and he'll only improve.

2.) Gabbidon- he didn't even play yesterday, was very good at Wolves and against Newcastle and was class at Everton and, playing out of position at Wigan, was decent.

3.) Warnock shouldn't be questioned on his handling of the media, players etc. He's a hugely experienced manager and knows what he's doing. To mould a side like he has in a matter of weeks is brilliance.

Wigman you seems confused on what the article says , is he loosing it yes or no ? i would say yes because its my opinion you can read it but you dont have to like it.

I am not discussing how long these players has been here i am more concern about their ability if you cannot see it then maybe you can be forgiven.

How can he be losing it?! He cant sign 20 players can he? Sure a couple of players may not be up to scratch but the 5 he bought after the Fernandez takeover cannot be questioned.

Also in my opition Bothroyd is playing really well. Just need a goal and that will come as we all know he's got goals in him. His link up play is excellent and helps the midfield no-end!

A 1-1 draw at home to Villa in a game we deserved to win and was robbed by some shocking refereeing and you have the audacity to question is Warnock losing it? What a load of tripe!!

I'm trying to avoid having a complete downer on Bothroyd as his is the toughest job of all of course but... he shouldn't need help to stick away the half dozen or so excellent chances he has had in recent games.

I'll have to say that Gabbidon has been a surprise to me this season and really played quite well, probably one of the most consistent performers and looks a snip on a free transfer. He played in the first 5 games, only defender to do so and we kept three clean sheets. That is a really decent return for me and the sort of thing that will keep us up.

I think Neil let himself down yesterday in a heat of the moment comment, the first time he has done so ( forgetting the rochdale debacle ) since he started 18 months ago. To say he is losing it is taking it too far. He has assembled a decent side playing good football and competing at the highest level in a short space of time. Top half of the table after 6 games is a great start. Lets give him some credit and hope it continues.

Warnock losing it - No way! He has put a new back 4 together since the TF came in and in 3 games they have conceeded just the one penalty that wasn't a penalty yesterday. Compare that to Arsenal's new back 4 in the same perod! We are creating many chances as well, sure we aren't taking as many as we should be, but the goals will come. Adel has hit the aluminium so many times this season his luck must change soon.

For God sake Warnock did change the formation and played two upfront when he bought Helguson on. And we scored the equaliser! With 10 men!! Questioning the manager for no reason here is ridiculous!

Regarding what he said in the interview about Traore. I think it was fair! We cant afford to have players sent off for stupid tackles like that. We dont have a big enough squad. There was no need for him to make that tackle as their bloke was in their own half with no threat and Traore flew in which could only result in another yellow. He was stupid to do so what was Warnock supposed to say? That he was unlucky?? Rubbish!

Im sure Warnock spoke to him after and explained his comments to Traore and that all is fine and we'll move on with Traore knowing in future that stupid sending offs like that wont be tolerated as he is too good a player to get sent off for nothing and we need him every week!

Your article is titled with an exclamation mark and not a question mark so you haven't asked the question.

If you want to have a moan about who he signed you should be able to answer:
    - Who should he have signed before Fernades came in that was better (remember Upson/Graham etc were out of our price range)?
    - Who should he have signed after Fernandes came in?

If you balance your criticisms with reasoned solutions they would hold up more

Referee was disgraceful. Traore's tackle was disgraceful. So has warnock lost it because he's said the bleeding obvious? Absolutely not.

1.) Dont agree with point 1 on Jay. Still think we looked better with him up top on his own than DJ on his own. Personally would have brought off Derry and brought DJ on to partner Jay when chasing at home.

2.) Dont agree with point 2 either, Gabbidon has been our best defender bar Ferdinand.

3.) Totally with you on this one, we need to let a plaer have a few pops to get the 'radar' going insead of switching kick tackers on every freekick.

4.) Disagree with this one too, I reckon Warnock will be here for the long haul, can see where you are coming from regarding telling the press about fining a player, that stuff should be kept in house. That said he is Warnock and wears his heart on his sleeve and maybe at the time clouds his judgement.

    Just my 2 pence...

Why do we always do this were on the up, teams playing well 3 games unbeaten, when Jay finds his shooting boots (the rest of his game is fine) we will turn drawers to wins. then we have to have a discussion wether the managers loosing it, most clubs would love to have Neil in charge,a board that supports there manager, and fans that are amongst the best there is,Dellboy chill out and take a day off.
