In the early 2000’s a lot of mobile phones still worked on ‘analogue’ signals. Range was far greater than the digital ones we use now.

The emphasis shouldn’t be on me to disprove random bits of information that don’t even add up to a coherent story, it should be on you to come up with a logical theory and show evidence of why that theory works.

However since you asked so nicely Spurlock. Quesadaad is correct. Back then it was common for people to have analog phones rather than digital which have a ridiculously longer range. There are reports done around the time by network companies and airlines to figure out how often people used mobile phones while flying as there were concerns around how mobile phone signal interferes with planes (by the way they don’t really other than on very specific aircraft) and it was found to be common for people to talk on the phone whilst in flight. The higher you are the worse the signal will be and the more frequently the call will be dropped. The fact that certain people who were called received multiple calls within a short period would support this.

It’s also been shown that the vast majority of calls actually came from the on board phones, not from mobile phones. It’s partially down to poor reporting that people think it was all mobiles. There’s even one persons calls where the relative said they got a call from a mobile and then it was followed by a call from the plane, presumably because of bad signal on the mobile. Of the calls we are certain came from mobiles the planes are believed to have been at lower altitudes anyway.

Then we come onto the awkward situation that there were multiple relatives of the people who died on the planes who not only testify that they received these calls but in some cases had messages left on answer phones. How and why would these be faked? Given that calls from the airphones in the plane would be easy to make it would require all of the passengers to be in on a cover up for the phone calls to be fake.

So yeah, the whole “oh they couldn’t call from a plane” is total bollocks as there is easy to find information to both disprove it and cast doubt on why the **** anyone would make it up anyway?

Now that I’ve wasted my time explaining something you could easily have googled, please tell me this, why fake phone calls from mobile phones when we know there were calls from the airphones? To what purpose fake the calls and how does that tie into a bigger conspiracy?
