I like some of the replies... FactsReason @FactsReason Replying to @DPJHodges He’s boring. Jezza was more fun. Zoby for EFTA Replying to @DPJHodges The format suits Starmer's style. He's good at this; much worse at dealing with the public, displaying empathy, or convincing people that he could be the next PM. Sam M #Stayathome @SamuelM35427190 · Replying to @DPJHodges Last week I agreed This week no. Starmer is stumbling and is sending me to sleep. So dull Nancy BaIley @nancyba226 · Replying to @DPJHodges Have to say he hasn't phased Dominic Raab at all. He's very measured in his responses, and is an excellent stand in for the PM! Stephen Colvin @stephenj_colvin Replying to @DPJHodges I didn't think he done very well today. Raab batted him off easily.
Is it still just a case that Raab is out of his comfort zone and would wipe the floor with Starmer in normal circumstances?
Don't get upset because your wooden top has been found to be boring and dull as dishwater. He didn't do very well today that is all I'm am saying. If you think he did because Dan Hodges liked him then so be it. Reminds me of when people on here used to say Jezza did well at PMQ's?
Dan Hodges was the first result. A mixed bag but not exactly a Femi. I don’t know the politics of FactsReason or Zoby for EFTA but I’m sure they’re respectable and not just comments from random nobodies you’ve plucked out. I’m saying you’re fairly alone in your view of the debate, in line with how deluded you are about your party generally. You since moved the goalposts and have decided Starmer is wooden for daring to be good at detail rather than mumbling a bit of Latin.
I did say they were just replies to Dan to be fair. However, I am more than happy to post some Tory responses? I haven't moved the goalposts either I am just stating that the bloke is wooden and boring. Question Watford do you think Starmer is PM material?
Yes, absolutely. I think he’s got the makings of a very good PM. His and all of our problem, as you’ve pointed out yourself, is that the electorate is more wooed by a bit of buffoonery than any qualities that suggest competence for such a serious role. Perhaps he’s a decade too late and we’ll just have game show hosts forever now.
I think there is more to being a PM then just having a reputation as being 'forensic'. You need charisma so people will warm to you. Most good leaders have charisma, clear visions but also can have a joke or be funny at times and of course trust. Sadly Starmer has none of those qualities. Look at Jezza (sorry I know this is not a good example because he was hopeless)... Take Cameron why did people like him more than the ugly Labour bloke who couldn't eat a sandwich? People liked Cameron because he was a fresh face could be funny but also serious. He was more charismatic than Ed 'Millibland' but also people trusted him. Starmer is part of the Corbyn muppet show and people don't trust politicians at the best of times. Boris is hugely popular and people genuinely like him (all over the World). For me, I can't see Starmer ever being PM because he lacks in too many departments.
I got over brexit the day of the election mate. I find it bizarre that a supporter of the winning party struggles to the same.
Just ask Piers Morgan about that!!! Personally I don't like his 'style' of interviewing, shouting over people and not letting people answer in full, I never have no matter who he is interviewing, however he has got over 3,000 complaints to OFCOM recently due to his interviews with conservatives and a massive backlash from brexit supporters calling him a traitor it's as though these particular people can't separate supporting Brexit with anything else the Tory government do... strange bunch, such simplistic thinking
I'm not a fan of his either but he talks over them cos he doesn't put up with their constant evasion of the simplest of questions. I see they refuse to put any more ministers on now. Cant blame them, it was becoming a total embarrassment at their lack of knowledge.
Oh dear what a bunch of 2222's. No wonder they are unelectable! Ms Ruth Cadbury, Labour MP deletes tweet because of the flack. Let's see the apologists try and defend this? Labour shamed over ‘inhumane’ Boris baby jibes – ‘Shambolic party! https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/1...y-news-boy-carrie-symonds-prime-minister-pmqs TWISTED TROLLS Sick trolls accuse Boris of deliberately inducing Carrie’s labour to distract from coronavirus crisis. https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/11507946/trolls-accuse-boris-of-inducing-baby/
So from that there are no comments from labour that would be considered inhumane at all, not even offensive in the slightest, just the express being very snowflaky. Oh and trolls (of no political allegiance) look for reaction, not nice but you know it's what trolls do. So this is an absolute nothing story other than Ellers and a certain **** rag trying to make Labour look bad... and failing
I’m more offended by government incompetence killing people but this is probably the story we should all be focusing on.
