Bought too many sausages so going to make meatballs out of some of them.

This makes no sense. Why not have them as sausages?

 

Welsh logic - you don't have to worry about the Sell By Date if you turn them into something else.

 

They work great as meatballs, make a tomato sauce and have them with spagetti.

Or just chop them up and have sausage and tomato pasta.

 

They brown nicely if you take them out of the skins and make little meatballs. Really nice people should try it.

What about not so nice people, is it not for them?

 

He said he bought too many sausages, knowing luv he picked up a pack of 6 individual sausages, but by the time with the size of his portions, that he's had one a day, by the end of the week they are out of date! However, I've still not fathomed out how turning them into meatballs sorts the problem.

 

Defo this, instead of meatballs, it avoids wasting good sausages!
