Liver, bacon, mash and onions at the cafe on Bloemfontein Road is a delight before evening fixtures.

Can see some of these lads were not treated right as kids!

Have a cafe in the next village that does liver and onions, will treat myself every few weeks to a plate full. Food of the gods, strange that offal has such a bad rap, but people will stuff processed meats/pizza toppings etc down them without a second thought

I can’t get on board with kidneys.

Chicken hearts at a good South American steakhouse are beaut.

Liver is lovely. You shouldn't over cook it obviously but really is delicious done right.

Kidneys in a steak and kidney pie? Beautiful!

You ever had sweet breads? They go well with mash mate, you'd love them.

Yeah not as bad in a pie but of all the pie options it’s not what I’d go for.

Of the ****ty cheap pies, chicken balti all day. In a decent pub I’d prefer a steak and ale or chicken and mushroom.

I’m not a fan of eating organs. Liver, kidneys, bollocks, stomach lining, you can keep the ****ing lot it. Or just stick it in dog food where it belongs.

Sweetbreads are good, if you have them covered in breadcrumb and fried - even better! Just can't get on with Kidney. Have my liver pink if done at home, overcooked it is horrible.
