Just cooked up a lovely brunch. Diced potatoes fried in cumin and paprika, then put under the grill to crisp up. Thick cut bacon. Sausages. Buttery scrambled egg. A salsa made with red onion, spring onion, black olives, garlic, green chilli, tomatoes, cracked black pepper and salt. And smashed avocado. Obviously with a cafetière of french coffee. @Spurlock hows it going today? You get up early for a serious breakfast to set you up for the day?

Going for a hill climb about an hour before I open my fast...gonna burn the excess this month...fk it
Very nice chicken biryani this morning but with couscous instead of rice and with veggies. Normally do my exercise about an hour after breaking fast but doing the same thing - full session 1hr before breaking fast. Apparently its the ideal way to burn fat as your carbohydrate levels are low. Stick with mostly core work though and limited cardio as energy levels are pretty low then. 3days down now - 27 to go.
Disaster this morning. Servants slept in so didnt have my morning meal cooked. Had to throw down some cereal, juice, water and some dates to beat the fasting siren. Now an hour in and can tell I will be struggling towards dusk. Eating meat early in the morning is an effort but its what you are still digesting and getting energy from later in the day.
Maybe not be politically correct so lets call them domestic workers. Although they revert to 'servants' when they sleep in and forget my morning meal!
